RightOwner FAQ
Where is our data stored?
In a SharePoint list called “RightOwner Directory” on your company's SharePoint home site, inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. RuBuild Services never receives it.
Why does it need admin approval?
Reading colleagues' profiles and writing to a shared SharePoint list need permissions that only a Microsoft 365 admin can approve for the whole organization. It's a one-time step.
Is it priced per user?
No. One flat price covers your whole company. Pro is for companies with up to 250 active people; Business is for any size.
What happens if we cancel?
RightOwner returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and everything you added stays visible.
